Juan Carlos Miranda, is an international chef with over 20 years experience in the industry. Introduced to the world of cooking by his father, educated in classic cuisine in Europe; inspired by the cultural fusion of his Peruvian heritage. He made a radical change 4 years ago after experiencing the wellness attributes of raw food and changed his lifestyle to become a vegan. Drawing inspiration from the cultural fusion he is has been experimenting with the world of raw vegan food using innovative culinary techniques and fusion of traditional and classic knowledge.
Jessica has passion for Raw Food Cuisine with a focus on health, fitness and well-being. She has recently completed Level 1 and Level 2 courses at Matthew Kenney Culinary in Venice, California. She has also completed Matthew Kenney and Brendan Braziers level 1 sports nutrition course.
